Open Joint Stock Company «Svyazinvestneftekhim» was founded at Resolution No. 201 of Republic of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on 11 April 2003 -The purpose of Svyazinvestneftekhim founding was to encourage investments into the economy of Republic of Tatarstan using more efficient application of the state share parcels of the leading republican enterprises. As contribution to the charter capital, RT Government transferred into ownership of JSC «Svyazinvestneftekhim» the state share parcels of 18 biggest republican enterprises. The charter capital of Svyazinvestneftekhim makes 37 745 000 000 roubles. The one and only shareholder of JSC Svyazinvestneftekhim is Republic of Tatarstan. |
